Antima's team is young, focused, motivated and curious. They come from a variety of cultures and speak a number of languages which bring unique interpretations into each design we create.
Every division at Antima has an expert team with specialities in various areas which includes designers, jewellers, micromechanics CNC, draughtsman in micromechanics technology, watchmaking technicians, product development specialists, watchmakers, financial and administrative employees. All play an important role in the success of your product and our company.
Our management team consists of members who bring valuable years of experience to Antima and includes:
Diarmuid Bland, Director - Product and Design Development, has worked in the watch industry for more than 28 years. First he worked for 17 years in Hong Kong in the design and manufacturing sector after which he moved to Dallas, USA, and joined Fossil Inc. in 1996. He was SVP of design and product development of all watch products: his brand responsibilities included Fossil, Armani, DKNY and Diesel. His career spans continents and in 2004 he moved to Switzerland where he was responsible for the Swiss Made brands, including Zodiac, Burberry, Giorgio Armani and the Private Label branch.
Pasquale Feola, Division Manager for Private Label watches and Product Manager for Zodiac Watches, joined the Company in 2003. Starting as a pattern maker and being promoted to Head of Development for the Relaxed Casual Division of Bally Inc., he spent more than ten years at the company. He also had the pleasure of working for Carpetland in Switzerland, as their country product manager. His entire career has been devoted to product development, beginning with leather goods and spanning to watchmaking.
